What is the EOC?

The Pensacola area EOC is committed to helping people begin or continue their education.  We provide FREE educational, career, and college financial aid counseling to eligible adults who reside in Escambia and Santa Rosa counties to help you attend any school of your choice.  If you are of modest income, live in Escambia or Santa Rosa county, and your parents (or the guardians who raised you) did not graduate from a university before you were 18, you may be able to enroll in this program.

We cannot provide funding for your education.  However, we can help you apply for available funds (federal, state, and private) from other sources.

The Pensacola area EOC is only one of 139 EOC  programs throughout the United States.  There are 4 EOCs in Florida: Pensacola, Ocala, Miami, and West Palm Beach.
