If you live in Escambia or Santa Rosa county, are economically disadvantaged, and your parents (or the guardians who raised you) did not graduate from a university before you were 18, you may be eligible to participate. The minimum requirement(s) you must meet are:
Neither of your custodial parents (or guardians who raised you) graduated from a four year college or university before you were 18.
Your taxable income is modest (according to federal guidelines).

If you meet one or both of the minimum criteria (above), you may qualify for enrollment with the EOC.
