How To Enroll

If you live in Escambia or Santa Rosa county, are economically disadvantaged, and your parents (or the guardians who raised you) did not graduate from a university before you were 18, you may be eligible to participate.  The minimum requirement(s) you must meet are:

Neither of your custodial parents (or guardians who raised you) graduated from a four year college or university before you were 18.

Your taxable income is modest (according to federal guidelines).

During your first appointment with the EOC, we will need complete income documentation.  To prepare for your visit, please click here for a listing of  the income information you need to bring.

Please note that these guidelines are based on taxable income instead of on gross income.  If you meet one or both of the minimum criteria (above), you may qualify for enrollment with the EOC.  Contact the most convenient of our seven area offices to make an appointment to be screened for participation in our program.  Our intake process is simple and quick and all of our services are free.
